Whether it's servicing your bike, buying something or just going to any sort of retail environment. The guy (forgot to ask his name) that helped was genuinely helpful. He even shared some knowledge. I felt welcome even though my bike was not from there. Many kudos to R3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time visiting this shop to change RD hanger and chain. The shop looks very impressive with the layout and design. It also has some hangout corner in the front where customers can chill with a cold can of drinks. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Workmanship is top notch. Highly recommended! Will come back for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent knowledgeable staff. My bike had a clicking sound when pedaling, and they were able to fix it for me at a super reasonable price. They were also very friendly and it's was a pleasant experience throughout. Gordan was the mechanic who fixed my bike, and as I went there quite late, they actually stayed slightly after their end of their working hours to get it done for me, so that I do not have to make another trip back. Can tell that they are in this business for the passion of cycling. Will definitely go back to support them again!

Came here to service an almost 10 year old mountain bike. Planned to change the tyres, flush out the mineral oil for brakes, and change of pedals.
Staff was attentive to my needs and the bike mechanic even told us that there was no need to flush out the oil. Instead, he suggested to change the brake pads instead which were causing the squeking sounds when braking.
Change of Tyres (Vittoria), Pedals (bought our own and they helped us change), and brake pads and other tuning services costed about $215, which was reasonable given our tyres alone costed $140 (for a decent brand).
Probably the best servicing shop in the area, rather pay more for better service.
