The oysters were some of the best I’ve eaten, very creamy and juicy!
High tea set was great and value for money. Especially loved the scones with clotted cream and jam.
Ordered the satay on the recommendation of the staff. It didn’t disappoint.
Chicken wings were nice too.

One of my favourite hangouts in this city, be it for high tea or happy hour drinks. Service is warm and attentive, the ambience is classy with unbeatable views of the skyline and the food is great! Really enjoyed the high tea set - the savories are classics executed with a twist whereas the sweets are delectable favorites (including the canele that isn’t commonly found in SG). This bar is part of the Tower Club that is members-only, but can be accessed via the Palate dining privileges offered with Amex platinum cards (albeit with an additional 10% imposed on the bill).

Popped by for oysters and champagne for our first visit and glad to report back that this is a pretty amazing place to hang out. It has a good mix of business and lounge spots, making it suitable based on your agenda of the day.
Overall the space is welcoming, service is warm and food is tasty (especially the lemon tart). Will definitely be back!
