★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is bad, I could contact the customer service at even 10 am even it stated the center opens at 8.30 am. I wonder if the teacher there would be as good as promoted on the website....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PlayFacto @ Oasis is an incredibly small and congested area that cramp about 80+ students in 3 small rooms. Comfort level is zero to none.
Poor control in virus, hygiene and disease management when the students fall sick.
The franchisee Director who oversees the center by the name of Gera1d!ne is an unfriendly and arrogant person. Lots of parents had many unpleasant encounters and experiences with this horrible lady.
Strongly discourage parents to enroll and have their precious kids entrust in this center. Entrust your kids at your own risk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son had such a bad experience. There was such emotional trauma from treatment of one of the teachers that he was crying hysterically one night and had school refusal. Imagine the stress on us parents. He was asked to finish his food within 10 mins…recounting using a sand hour glass to prompt him on. Receiving cutting remarks like “You are disturbing My pupils” if he is chatting with his friends (So basically no social life). When I went to fetch my son, teachers are seen masked off chitchatting, engaging in flirty conversation with male parent. My son is now happy in a centre where there is sports activity and he can play engage in conversations with his friends and teachers.

Thank you to the Centre Director and teachers for working so hard to create a positive and welcoming environment for all children. My child often mentions the nice, kind teachers and friends in the student care. We can see a-lots of improvement towards our child. They also always greet parents with a smile and are friendly and helpful. Thank you so much Teachers ❤️
