I just replaced my daughter's Ipad Air's cracked screen here. The technician is friendly and meticulous. Everything was done in about 30-40 mins. The price is reasonable and now I have an Ipad Air as good as new. He tested the new screen by playing a piano app of our National Anthem. How's that for an impression? Highly recommended! Although I walk pass this shop hundred of times, I never knew they repaired Ipads. Maybe the management can consider putting up a better sign for repair of Apple devices.

Saw Google rating 4.8 by their customers rated them so high and decided to send in a Oppo Reno 4 with spoilt LCD screen for repair. The person in charge nicely said he has to order the parts and required me to leave my contact with him once the LCD screen arrive, will call me send in the phone to repair. Whole process he said need 2 to 3 days! I also nicely said ok for me and price also agreed at S$230 (at least cheaper than Oppo repair centre), also be prepared all data in the phone will be deleted which is what all handphone repair centre and shop commonly will notify customers. About 2 days later happen to dropped by and nicely asked and given an unhappy face of replying "still waiting for parts" and I said ok (I was pondering did ask something that I shouldn't ask? Why gave me that kind of "smelly" face?). On the same day, I went Johor KSL jalan jalan and brought the spoilt phone together with me and simply pick a "on the spot repair handphone stall" to try my luck. Lol lor... Repair time 30min and charged me 500RM (S$159). Now the phone is alive and best is data in the phone still there! Today is the 7th day and KingHub mobile @ Oasis Terrace no news no update from them at all. As courtesy, shouldn't them at least update their customers or only "diam diam" like not interested to do business? Sorry, I can only afford to rate "Only 1 star". I think they are customers like me experience the same thing, just that they are not IT savvy, and didn't know review can be done here! Thanks everyone for ur reading my experience with them!
