Subway - Far East Plaza

Like the sandwiches but they need too be using the same measures across the whole franchise. Some use a spoon or their hands for the grated cheese others use an ice cream style scoop, which is better and gives a more uniform look in compliance with the tuna scoops.

This is located inside the mall, on Ground level (after we go inside, we don't take any elevator to go up or down). Standard place for subway food franchise. We like it. And if you really want to go there, we suggest to ask someone, even the maps location is also correct

Went there on a Saturday morning. Used to be an older aunty working here who was extremely friendly and efficient, now replaced with two younger rude female staff. Got my order and my friend's order both wrong. Drops the cooked ingredients into the tub full of raw veggies, then picks them all out again. Puts wrong sauce and starts wrapping the sandwiches before I even finish listing the veggies I want. Came with two friends and our set meal hash browns weren't even separated, she threw all of them in one bag. Had a really messy wrapped sandwich so I asked for a plastic fork. She rolls her eyes and says plastic forms are only for salads. Please hire the aunty back. She is friendlier and more efficient than these two girls combined. Customers behind had the same experience as well as the new girl put the wrong sauce for their sandwich too. Being inexperienced and new is ok but don't give customers attitude when I simply ask for a plastic fork. Been to subway all my life and they have always given me a fork anyway. Won't return as long as these two are there. Thanks for inspiring me to write my very first Google review. What a nightmare.

Delicious!Fresh! But they forced us to add some extra toppings:(

It was the most horrible subway I have had. The meat tasted like it was undercooked. I ordered a bulgogi sandwich they sent me a teriyaki. It tasted horrible. Uncooked yucky meat. Horrible taste ! If you don’t have the bulgogi available call and let me know. I had mentioned clearly to call and let me know if the bulgogi sandwich is not available. Terrible food ! Never ordering again !! P.s Please marinate your chicken a day before cooking it so it doesn’t taste like its raw, uncooked, full of blood and not washed properly ! ?

Staff is friendly and when I visited previously for a meal at around 9pm, I was the only customer. I also came here for breakfast this morning

The service was alright but I did tell the worker that I want a Footlong Italian, instead he gave me a Parmesan Oregano bread. I thought as well that Italian didn't look like that, but I didn't want them to blame me for not saying it right.

The lady Malaysian supervisor is very rude and reluctant to serve me! The ice making machine is turned off but she told me that the drink is cold enough to drink and the ice making machine is not working! I told her off that the drink from the dispenser is very sweet I need ice cubes to dilute it. Her staff exchanged the mineral water for me but miraculously after five minutes the ice making machine is working again! The worst subway outlet I have visited with “ don’t be bothered” and indifferent supervisor that had bad influence on her staffs!
