poor services with lousy attitude

Had food poisoning within an hour after eating omelette fried rice here..

Good original taste indeed which is the same as Thailand. Same spicy level as Thai as well.

Service staff put in effort to be speedy in order. Food was really nice but I saw waitress digging her eyes and it made me doubt hygiene of this place

QR ordering system doesn’t work all the time. You’ve been warned. Waited 45min only for them to manually retake my order with paper and pencil. And food finally came after 1hr of waiting. No kidding. Another table had the same issue. So if you’re heading down, make sure you track who came after you and alert them if you realise your food isn’t arriving.

My go-to thai restaurant in this area. Discovered this gem last year and couldnt stop visiting here whenever im craving for thai if im at orchard area ever since. Decent food at affordable prices ??

Not to be mistaken as Nana Thai on Level 4. Their whole ordering system is one chaotic mess with servers bringing wrong food to the wrong table. Our table was partially served with the final ala carte dish arriving 40mins after everything else was served. We had to chase the servers around for our forgotten order about 4 times and each time they saw us coming - they averted their gazes and scurried away. No apologies whatsoever - they just avoided you. I was pretty fed up with the poor service and wanted to leave but had already paid in full via the Grab app. We witnessed many annoyed customers who saw later customers being served earlier + grab drivers left hanging. Food was average- nothing to shout about except that I saw a strand of hair in my dish. Never again lol. Avoid unless you've got the patience of a saint to wait for food with suspiciously pube looking hair in it. ?

Satisfied! Prawn cakes were crispy on outside and super fluffy on the inside. Feels like you are chewing on flavourful air. Phad thai has a generous serving and the peanut toppings were specially granulated into different sizes for extra texture and crunch. Sprouts and greens were crunchy. Chili selection is crazy. Keep it up ???
