★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today 13/9/21 5:43pm my dad went to the store and ordered two ham 6” sub with cookie and drinks for my mom and i. Our entire order was based on the 5.90 meal set (wheat bread, ham and veges with no extra ingredients). However, my dad was being charged $20.60 for the total bill (and we didn’t even get our drinks) which is ridiculous, that’s x2 of what we expect to be paying. It’s my dad’s first time ordering so he did not know that he was being overcharged. Isn’t it the staff’s responsibility to offer customers the promo price instead of taking advantage of unawareness of first-time customers? Not trying to target that particular staff but just expected a higher level of ethics from Subway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet is badly managed. Staff are oblivious and unfriendly. Tables are limited.
Was there around 5pm and all tables were taken. One of the 4-seater tables was occupied by a group of teenagers. They didn't order anything but just sitting there and playing with their ipads n phones.
Staff did nothing about this group of people even though few staff passed by the table multiple times. Yet the staff chased away valid customers who are eating by telling the customer the seat was for staff. And some customers (with young children) was forced to stand outside the outlet and eat.
Will never visit this outlet again and rather go another outlet further away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While eating there was a delivery rider that was waiting for his food for quite some time, he simply asked the staff how long more, the staff prepared his food and cursed at him in pinoy.
Definitely not a friendly place to spend your money
