β β β β β 7/10 times I went the Air-Con was not working. As a consumer, I feel short-changed, having paid full price but not able to have a comfortable dine-in experience. More trhan that, I pity the staff who work there -because it's an indoor place, it's hotter and staler than a hawker. Maybe Admiarlty LJS stands for Long John SWEATSHOP.

β β β β β Only one counter open on a weekend breakfast timing.
Wanted to yop up extra turkey bacon but was told not able to. What kind of place don't allow topping up of anything? Not like I'm taking it free. I'm paying to top up. Cannot be flexible then won't get my business again. Even McDonald's allows it.

β β β β β I gave this particular stall a 2 star rating only because the food is nice.
But that is where it ends. The service is horrible here. Be prepared to wait a long time for your food. Staff appears short handed everytime. Reflects badly on management level. A stark contrast compared to other fast food outlets.
Many times they canβt fulfill order and resulted in order cancelled when ordering through grab. So in terms of reliability, it fares the worst.
So ordering through grab is bad? Letβs eat at the outlet itself then. BAD choice. Aircon sometimes not strong enough. Must queue very long to order.
Very unfortunate for a place that actually sells good food.

β β β β β Waited for more than 20 minutes for our breakfast toast. Only after I asked about it then the young girl worked on my order, she even missed out the tater tots. I waited because I understand there are many orders and everyone looked stressed. Staffs are definitely overwhelmed by the online/delivery order and neglected customers who dine in. It is not like they are slow, I see that everyone is doing their job as quickly as they can, but they overestimated themselves in fulfilling all the orders.
Everyone is frustrated including the staffs, can see a young loud staff at the counter being impatient already.
Don't think I will visit again if I see so many people waiting at the delivery counter. More than 20 minutes of waiting in a fast food restaurant is a nono.
Most disappointing experience ever at this outlet.
