1st time I came the Suing Beauty Lounge for the facial was convenient place easy to find, decorated luxury and cute. The staff there are friendly, explain very detail for your any questions & skill good. And the charge is suitable. Will come the again. The place for selfie.

I bought the online facial promo. i truly enjoyed the facial and felt that they took the time to explain and plan out the regime for me. the Facial has improved my skin. I also bought the luxurious nails package. I was disappointed with the services. it says any amount of nail art. So i thought we could choose our own type of nail art. however they gave me a set to choose from.When i chose their design.. it did not come out as per the picture. not very similar either. My nails were still slightly rough and the ends chipped less then 1 day. the package included a classic pedicure and it cost an extra $20 to change from normal to gel pedicure. Which i felt was a little on the high side as i did only 1 plain colour. Overall i feel that they are better suited for facials then for mani pedis

I visited Suin Beauty Lounge today to do a Luxury Gold Therapy after having chanced upon a promo on Instagram yesterday. From the point of entering the salon onwards, I received excellent customer service from the team! ??? The lady boss kindly offered tea and biscuits; the manager Febie patiently assessed my skin using a machine (of cos!) and explained my skin issues when the results were out (almost immediately!). The facial therapists were professional, skilled and polite! More importantly, the Luxury Gold Therapy was worth it and value for money (promo price!). My skin looks much brighter and feels more supple than pre-treatment! Because of the quality treatment and excellent customer service that I’ve received, I’ve signed up to be their VIP customer. (p.s they were NOT in any way pushy in making you sign for packages) To the team, continue to keep up the good work and maintain the great customer service! :)

No extraction, No massage included !!!!! First trial $98 To remove dead cell (they call aqua peel) need to add on $38 Extraction need to add on $10 Not worth at all ! Is just a normal facial can get it at any other beauty salon. Their explanation is no face and shoulder massage due to I request no extraction needed. Manager Febie and beautician showing good manners but seems lack of experience.

Came for a trial facial (the Gold one) in Oct last year and immediately signed a package because I quite liked the environment. Left my package around and came back today, with warm welcome as before. Did the Crypto Cool Treatment today, topping up for the Aqua Peel and Hydrogel Mask, and felt so pampered by therapist Anna, it was even better than going for a massage. Highly recommended!

Looking for another place and couldn't find it so I tried here.They tried to upsell to a membership before the (poor) service was completed... Only after they began did I see this was really not a clean space... they destroyed my cuticles, only half had masks on by the time I was leaving.

The best salons for pedicure by far! Everyone there is so friendly and professional. Special thanks to Jenny for doing such a great job for my ingrown toenail.
