(they do same day delivery before 11am, I missed the time so I arrange courier myself to collect from them)

I really love their flowers and their customer service is really good. They are very accommodating and patient to our queries and request via whatapps. They will also informed us once the flowers had been delivered to the recipients. Yesterday I had just sent 2 customised hand bouquets to my 2 gf, they were so surprised and love the flowers. And for myself, I married to my hubby for so many yrs, he seldom gave me flowers but now with Summer’s Winter convenience method of ordering and payment mode, he had sent me twice within a yr ?

Not only they provide fast responses and prompt delivery. They are accommodating as well. Had to change the delivery date and location at very last minute and they agreed to change with no additional costs. Thank you once again! =)
