★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The official stall name is 向日葵面家。Very professional and very generous Cantonese style recipe (yes the owner is a Cantonese). The noodles is the famous Ding Ji Noodles that is very popular with the older generations. And indeed the noodles are very "Q" (have that kind of feel) and the dumplings are not those pork meat ones. The dumplings are full prawn dumplings that are specially prepared by the owner. The dishes are limited and the owner will close after everything is finished (usually at around 10 to 11am). Recommend is to catch the stall at around 7.30am when the queue is not that long. (the queue can extend up to 2 stalls and can be up to an hour)
