โ โ โ โ โ Doctors are great. But staff are very poor in customer service. Waited 1hours just collect medication and the clinic was not even crowded. Advised not to visit if possible.

โ โ โ โ โ Best experience I ever had dealing with this clinic. Dr Fazlin is very very professional and gives great advice. Very pleasant and patient in dealing with all the requests. I come here to get my neccesary paperwork done and pick up vaccinations for my travelling. Staff are all also very pleasant. Recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ My first visit to OneCare Medical was a pleasant one. Dr Fazlin is soft spoken and gentle. She is also very patient explaining to me my condition and gave me good advice. Clinic staffs are friendly and helpful. Waiting time was reasonably fast even though the clinic was crowded.

โ โ โ โ โ I went to Dr Fazlin for my Screen For Life check up last week and she is one of the best doctor I have ever encountered in Singapore. She is just what we would expect from a doctor; kind, warm, gentle and compassionate. When I returned to her a few days later for my medical report review, she was very patient with very clear explanations and offered her professional advice on how I could improve my health. The rest of the staff at the clinic were very kind and polite too. Even though this clinic is not within my neighbourhood, I was more than willing to travel the distance just to go there.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Fazlin Is one of the best doctors our family & I have seen so far. She is not only kind & patient but also a very professional doctor. She would listen patiently to what you have to tell her & also take time to examine you. It is reassuring each time we visit her, knowing that she will give us the care we needed. The counter staff are also very friendly & patient. Despite the surging number of patients they have to see each day, I have not seen anyone of them lose their cool or impatient with the patients.
