Time of collection was a Saturday 2-4pm. Customer service called at 330pm to inform "driver is 20 mins to my place". I waited and waited till 430pm and nobody showed up. I called customer service again and was told the same statement "driver is 20 mins to my place". Driver eventually showed up at about 5.10pm. He did not come with a weighing scale to weigh the curtains unlike my previous laundry company. My curtains were weighed and updated to the app as 14kg about 2-3 days later but I was very certain that they were much lighter. It took me 2 calls to obtain the right weight for my curtains which were only 9kg! How can such a mistake be made? Is there an assumption of 14 pieces of curtains are 14kg? Return of curtains were definitely more punctual with driver checking if I was in before the scheduled time.

If you have valuable dresses, pls don’t go. When I got my dress back, I was about to sue them but I write a review instead. All my valuable dresses turned yellowish. Someone may ask isn't it another reason, I'll say two dresses were even "new(just bought)" and sent to laundry right away. Whether it was new or old dress, we don't request to make things yellow obviously. White dress is the worst. If it was already such yellowish, I might have thrown it away rather than asking laundry service spending money. But before laundry was good, so I don't need to throw it away. After laundry, now I have to throw it away.

This is the first time I have ever shared a negative review but I feel it is important to warn people about Sunday Laundry. DO NOT send them any pants or suits to dry clean as they will be damaged. My suit pants came back and the fabric was distressed and the fibers of the material had shown significant damage. So essentially the whole suit is ruined now. It is clear from the extent of the damage that their cleaners are not well trained and they don’t have good standards to ensure proper care. DON’T RISK IT... ?

Horrible experience!!! BACKGROUND: I had been using Sunday Laundry since July 12, 2018 but not anymore now, obviously. I only used their home collection & delivery services. Almost all the time, I am in air-conditioned environment- from my house to the car, back home etc. So this is what is what happened. On May 4, 2019 I sent out 8 items to be dry cleaned. On May 9, 2019 I received all of them (but careless me), I did not check the condition they were in, I just hung them into my wardrobe since I trusted Sunday Laundry. On May 14, 2019 I decided to wear my jacket out to go shopping. To my horror, I saw black stripes (iron marks?) on my jacket when I was in the car. I took pictures and emailed Sunday Laundry for a complaint. On May 15, 2019 they collected my jacket back to check. Today, May 16, 2019 I received a call at 1.21 PM regarding my jacket. The first thing I was told is that Sunday Laundry never received the jacket for cleaning before because there was no cleaning tag! I was flabbergasted but still, I did not ask for any refunds. They even asked me to check with other laundry companies that I might have sent it to- when in my email, it clearly stated that the jacket had never been cleaned. When I pushed for more answers, they said they only steam iron their clothes. Further on, when I started to ask what they could do for me in this incident, they simply replied they could not do anything without sounding anything apologetic at all. They even told me my jacket was sent back smelly! I was shocked and furious by then. I was literally blowing. First, they accused me that I sent them another SMELLY jacket. Second, they told me unapolgetically that they could not do anything. I am very very angry at this point with Sunday Laundry customer service. I do not believe I need to video record every pieces at my doorstep before I send my clothings out for collection to dry-clean and also when I receive them back. And voice record a phone call every time a laundry service company calls. But this is what you should do if you ever decide to use Sunday Laundry services! I purposely did not put any names in this review, but please re-evaluate and re-train on how your employees should handle such incidents. Now I feel better typing all these.

Recently got them to dry clean the curtains. Came back with stains all over. Went down to speak to the staff and showed them the stains. They claimed that they do not take any responsibility for curtains. Any decent business who provide service at a fee should be responsible for their services. I paid for the cleaning service and end up with stained curtains and I have to accept it?

One of the worse laundry services I've ever encounter. I arrange for home pick-up and their driver came to pick-up and gave me wrong information on pricing. End up office called me and quoted exorbitant charges when a load wash supposingly to be charged per kg basis become per piece clothing to ne charged individually. Take note to use this vendor at own risk. Slow turn-around time and charges are exorbitantly high

Worse laundry service ever. Few of my clothes never come back. Called them they dt take seriously. A lady confirmed the pieces and came back less and got the cheeks to blame the customer instead. Not professional, not reliable and not responsible. Till now they dt call back abt missing item.

Horrid service!!!! Do not use them!!! I sent a brand new suit to them for cleaning but they returned it back without the suit cover. When I texted them, they sent me this disgusting old plastic cheap cover which wasn’t even mine. Thereafter they completely ignored all my attempts to reach them via phone, email, WhatsApp and even Fb messenger. Do not use this provider - your expensive clothing might not come back to you in one piece!
