My husband recommended Marcus’s shop to me, I was initially unsure why he was so adamant but my doubts were quickly alleviated when I first got to meet Marcus. He has a warm personality and is honest and sincere. When he saw us, he greeted my husband warmly and quickly ascertained that I am his wife. Thereafter and for all subsequent visits, he extended the same warmth and friendliness to me. He truly makes me feel that I am visiting a friend rather than just purchasing a product or service. The best service would be for nought if the products and services are subpar, right? Thankfully once again I had nothing to fear. He carried a wide variety of products which caters to every major brand and product line imaginable. All budgets are accounted for as well. I was able to purchase my required accessories at a very competitive price. Subsequently, this shop became my go to whenever me or my family needed any accessories for hand phones and iPads. A good range of products in conjunction with a nice price; most importantly, a human touch. Marcus’s store is indeed a gem. I cannot recommend his shop any more and I strongly encourage anyone with digital needs to visit him and experience the same joy that I did.

I went in to ask how much to change a screen protector. The uncle took my phone, took out my existing screen protector and changed it without answering my question. That's fine. He did the one with gel requiring UV light which wasnt required for my phone which has a flat surface. So, i ended paying over 40 bucks. And next I know, the fingerprint part wasnt done well and it affected my use of biometrics fingerprint for weeks. I went back to the uncle but he refused to remedy it. A few weeks down (and trust me, it has caused so much inconvenience), a bubble appeared where the fingerprint sensor is. Today, I went to another shop in Northpoint's basement which changed to a $20 glass screen protector and everything worked well. Why need to do such things to cheat your customers? I will never ever go back to Sunday Mobile again.

If I can give 0 star I would. The seller is fast to recommend his product, saying the S22+ screen protector works with fingerprint no issue after I checking again and again if there is any underlying issue. After installing the screen protector and paid the money, I find it hard to use the fingerprint sensor compared to the film i was using previously (i wanted to change as the film smudge too easily). I need to press on it hard and sometimes it does not even work. I went back to ask him and he say "glass screen protector is like that one don't you have any common sense?" "How old are you? Where are you studying?" "Have you finish NS?" "I am just a distributor, I'm not going to be the one to lose. If you don't like the product you can throw away the product" "I'm not going to tell you where I got my product from. You can find out where the product is yourself. I am just a distributor. Go find out where the manufacturer is yourself" I have no words. And the gaslighting saying I am the first customer he came across asking for refund or an extra product. Wow. After checking the recent Google reviews I was appalled. I can't believe I have been so dumb to not check Google review before purchasing a product. I feel like killing myself now tyvm 28 dollars for a S22+ screen protector which I need to hard pressed for it to work. Omfg

Was a pleasant experience getting accessories for my mobile. The boss recommended the right products for me and applied the screen protector flawlessly. Wide range of products too.

I have first purchased a screen protector with them with UV light treatment and it last me for years. After the reliable products and service i started to purchase all my phone accessories with them and recently i have purchase a casing with them, the case works well drop my phone few times the case done its job. Very friendly Boss and great service, recommended this shop. ??

I will rate this place and the owners zero stars if it was an option. I recently purchased a samsung s20 ultra uv tempered glass screen protector from this place. The owner and his wife seem to be running this place on their own. They assured me that the tempered glass was very good, superb quality as it was a uv treated glass. Thus, I decided to purchase it for $36. However, after not having used it for 4 days, there were air bubbles underneath the glass. When I went back to the shop to ask the owners about it, they not only accused me of squeezing my phone and causing the air bubble, they even shouted at me rudely and said they were better than the other handphone shops downstairs who are cheats or fakes. They even encouraged me to go to small claims tribunal. I am mortified by such horrendous behaviours from these handphone shop sellers. They are so unethical. I sincerely hope no one else has to go through the same experience as me. Please for your own good, do not patronize this store.
