★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outlet along the tunnel to the new Northpoint wing. So far the tau suan(mung beans dessert) that I like the most in Singapore in terms of its taste,
chewing texture and appearance. Mung beans are cooked just right (well-cooked yet not giving you a taste of 'mashed' beans. In short, chewing texture is there and it is a plus point to the taste with every bite). The starchy soup is clear(transparent. I personally prefer clear over those orange or brownish soup I ate before) but not too thick. And it really holds the mung beans well (ie the beans won't sink down to the bottom. You can see a very well spread out look). Lastly, the sweetness of the soup is just nice for me. Oh ya, the stall assistants I have met are also polite. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to northpoint branch. This is 2nd time super bad service experience for me. 1st time I was serviced by a lady who keep rushing me for payment. But Im not even finished ordering.
2nd time even worst!! I was serviced by a malay lady. Planned to order 2 in 1 sweet cake but unfortunately out of stock. She dont even give me 5 seconds to reconsider and keeps rushing me. She even said "Hello!! Im waiting!!" with such a super bad attitude!! There is no one behind me in the queue!
Im satisfied with food quality but super disappointed with the staff attitude! I will not consider to purchase anything from this brance anymore! Damn bad attitude by staff to customer!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad business marketing, staffs don't fried youtiao until 10am+, the shop open early but youtiao is not ready as the staffs choose to fried other items that are not popular, wondering if they were told by higher management to do so? I just want some you tiao in the early morning.

black face when asked to change to a cleaner batch. Staffs keep rushing you to place your order without giving you time to think when there is no queue behind.
Visit if you have a strong stomach and high tolerance to PMS people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought from youtiao and butterfly from this outlet. The taste and smell is nice but the youtiao is really small and pathetic. It looks like a deflated balloon unlike the fluffy fat crunchy kind from markets. Butterfly also cold and hard. Really disappointed in the quality. The only plus point is they are very easy to locate in all malls.

Happens on every occasion. A very unsightly front line impression. More so during this pandemic. Will not buy from this shop again
