The massuese is very good and very patient. The staff are all very kind as well, no hard selling.

Super hard sell and constantly changing staff. End up paying a few hundreds per session only to get a basic facial. Very unprofessional.

The worst massage I ever had. Tried sembawang shopping centre and north point branch, both same! This just proved that they really don't have good masseur, sad. Never ever try!

Very pushy in sales !!!! When you reject them, they will rush to finish up Terrible!! I paid $200 for a basic facial !!!!!! Wad did i sign up for ?!?! Every time u go, they will ask you top or ask you combine your session !!!!!

They engaged a very experienced China masseur who was trained in TCM previously but she left this spa after few months. The others masseur only press on the aching joints , couldn’t access the customer actual needs. 1hr 15mins massage cost about $120 with sighing of package.

Worst spa ever visited. Unprofessional in service and government should not even grant them licence to operate. Their so-called experience masseur trying to play the role of beautician by cleansing and washing my face. Did she get a mixed up role? Told me the beautician is attending to ano customer. Horrible service, i told her off! I paid an expensive package to get substandard service? Management also sucks. Poor management lead to poor staff service.

Had a package for facial and massage but worst company I ever visited. How can a masseur do the job of a beautician to wash/cleanse my face while the beautician is attending to another customer? Can the management do something about it. For the past few years since I signed the expensive package, i didnt have a good experience. Your so called experienced beautician cannot trim the eyebrow well. Have you heard of beautician trimming off the edge of your brow? She repeatedly did that n i decided not to let her trim anymore. The bukit batok branch beautician did the same thing to ny friend brow n she was very angry. What kind of standard of beauticians you have? Experienced? The masseur is also lousy. In my years of doing spa w different companies, your company is the only company that has the worst service. I feel sorry for your founder who built the company branding only to let your staff destroy its reputation.
