I’d like to call out Nisa - an extremely rude counter admin. People are here to see a doctor to get better, and not get an attitude from you. I was approached with a minute of glare while I was standing over the counter trying to get assistance, and a β€œyes?” with an attitude. How would I know that? I was referred to this clinic merely 10mins ago by my doctor and the counter/doctor of this clinic DID NOT give a heads up that they were closed. Next, I was told that they are closed and asked to come back at 2pm. I was dumbfounded because this was not communicated over the phone and my issue is something which is best not to prolong it. I asked her to check with her doctor and turns out, the doctor is still open to seeing patients. So clearly, Nisa was just trying ti turn off patients that needed help, for whatever reasons, which is completely unprofessional. I get that Nisa may have her bad days, but don’t make your bad day a problem for others. Turning off patients away on purpose for your own advantage (so that you have lesser admin work), is completely ridiculous. Why not quit and find a job that suits your preference better? Lol.

Service is messy and the malay women in hijab, clinical assistant is just plain rude. No queue number and just throw patients whom needs PCR at the back of the clinic. It doesn’t matter if its hot outside or not. If your clinic has a systematic order people dont mind waiting. We got referred here for pediatric PCR swab. If there is other places that is nearer to home, you think we would come to your place? Buck up!

Illogical system for crowd management. For reasons that even the staff cannot explain, this clinic allows appointment for health screenings and PCR tests for travel but do not allow appointments to be made for FDW six monthly examination. I explained to the staff many times that FDW 6ME are foreseeable, non-urgent events, I would like to make an appointment to come at a specific time. It reduces the waiting time for my helper therefore lesser risk of catching a bug and it is good for the clinic too, there's less patients crowding the clinic and they can offer me an appointment time that typically has less patients walking in. Healthway Medical group, with your fancy website and state of art online appointment booking system, you have decided to allow appointments only for expensive and profitable services. It looks like the motivation for offering online appointment bookings is not in the interest of the patient, it is out of self interest, to give your company a marketing advantage to attract more patients for high quantum services. Being a healthcare organisation, I hope this is not a representation of your company core value.

This clinic makes you wait for more than an hr unapologetically, when you call them before coming they say nobody. When you’re here they say half hr-1 hr. Now I’ve been waiting for more than an hr and it’s still not my turn. When asked they just say this clinic must wait more than an hr one. What the?! Then tell your patients that before they come and not give empty promises. The nurses are the ones that are terrible. They are rude and racist. They’re only nice to their race.

The WORST receptionists EVER!! Left me standing in front of the counter for 20min while both kept on chatting and accepting calls! Totally NO sense of service or courtesy at all! Told them they should serve anyone on-site 1st then attend to calls or whatever they were checking on the PC! The other should step in to reg patients instead of workers on her computer! No wonder there would be hostile patients! Reg patients first, let them wait for turns then attend to other chores! PRIORITY!!! ** However, the Dr really nice & provides personalised service and consultation!! I’ll give 5* for it!

In this pandemic, we must remember to be kind to healthcare workers especially , from the reviews of this clinic, we can see alot of entitled patients who come in during closing time and expect the staff to work and be deprived of their rest and then wonder why the staff dont provide good service to them. I come to this clinic several times, and if you approach them politely, the same will be done to you. Dr Cindy is patient and listens to her patients problem as much and the staff are often very nice to talk to, what u give, u get back obviously. Though waiting time to see doctor is usually long, If you want an attentive doctor, Come here to see her . If you just need a quick check and mind waiting, go to other clinics. Often, the staff will inform upfront the minimum waiting time and how many patients are before u. Thank you for choosing to continue working in healthcare even during the toughest of times ! Hope the company recognises the hardwork of their employees and dont punish them based off on bad reviews by some patients compared to the many compliments that the majority often dont bother to state.

In the light of the Covid pandemic we need to remind ourselves that all of us humans and prone to emotional reaction. Despite all the negative reviews & blowback this clinic has, we're truly blessed to have Dr Cindy as our go to doctor. Besides upholding her professionalism in the industry, it's her genuine care & concern, her understanding, her informal approach that makes us feel comfortable & going through the extra miles. These are all the factors that makes us feel thankful to have Dr Cindy to be our sort of personal doctor. No surprises that my wife has nothing but positive feedback every time she visits & both of us share the same opinions towards Dr Cindy

I am quite surprised at the low rating of this Healthway branch. Not sure about other branches, but as a resident of this estate, this is the branch I would go to and I have been quite happy with the services this far. Dr. Cindy is a physician whom I am comfortable with consulting because of her warm personality and detailed examinations and explanations. Been to another branch and honestly the doc was nowhere near Dr. Cindy's professionalism. He was more interested to just get the consultation over and dish out the MC ?‍♂️ As for the front counter service that some have mentioned, admittedly it's not the best but it's definitely not terrible either, and honestly I am more concerned about the doctor seeing me than whether the receptionist treats me like some celebrity.
