★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We left the car with them for a "royal spa" treatment - including wax job & interior clean - costing $55. When we got back we found:
1. There were still a lot of dirt marks around the car - I had to ask them to clean around again.
2. When we got home we saw that the driver seat leather has been cracked (we did not notice when driving off, only saw it when we arrived home and got off the car) - they must have pushed something heavy against the car seat, causing the crack
3. There was a scratch on the door handle and they even covered it up with TipEx.
Overall a terrible experience: poor quality and damages to our car. Definitely not recommending to anyone!
