Liaising with them was easy using Whatsapps. collection of car is fast too (provided all details/information required provided beforehand), just sign and indemnity, make payment and off you go with your car. returning of car is easy too.. in nutshell, is fast and easy. car in good condition too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented twice in a span of 2 weeks with YM.. Really happy with the service. The ladies there were nice, patient and friendly even though I requested to test drive a few cars to see which car I preferred. Look for Glenda.. she’s very accommodating and nice. Rented the Honda Fit.. Although the car was old, it performed well.. pick up and drop off of the car was quick and painless. I tried a few car rental places as I am a P plate driver and YM is one of the few good ones. Even when I called last min to rent a car on the day itself, they helped me to secure a car.
To all Drivers especially P plate Drivers, I highly recommend YM. Places like AKA Car Rental which is very popular with p plate drivers has a ridiculously high excess of $15k.. YM is less than half of that amount. Remember that all rental cars do not come with an in car camera. So best of luck to you trying to prove your innocence if you get into an accident. I speak based on experience with AKA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasent experience renting the Toyota Vios. The staff were very friendly and explained the details of the contract carefully. Returning process was very smooth as well.
Car condition was very clean and no weird smell.
Overall very good experience. Strongly recommended!!

There was a delay with the delivery of my new car and I was faced with uncertainty over delivery dates and YM offered me flexible options and solutions that helped tide me over the period of uncertainty. Natalie who was managing my lease was always responsive and approachable.
