Thick and rich broth. Ramen noodle is cooked perfectly, not too hard or soft. Black fungus a little bland but overall ??

Food: 4/5 Value for money: 5/5 Delicious and cheap ramen located near cbd area. Dry truffle had a strong truffle smell and was delicious. Tonkatsu ramen was okay as well. But it's super worth it for the price ( Less than $10)

Love the broth. Very authentic compared to mainstream ramen shop. When I first had it years ago at Yishun branch, it was $7+ I would say it's still quite consistent in terms of the soup and ramen. Keep it up. The closest you can get to ichiran ramen. Good job suppralaki

Near MRT, 1min walk. Ramen below $10, and it was legit tonkotsu. No service charge, only gst. Refillable green tea. Great value meal.

Good location just outside city hall mrt. Turn into city link and just few shops on the right. Easily identified. Decent customer service. Ok so why I rate 3 out of 5 is because of the food and cleanliness. Food wise could be subjective and vary from individual to individual but I believe I am quite fair in this evaluation. We ordered the signature ramen and signature ramen black garlic. Upgraded one into set choosing gyoza and hot tea. First personally I find the gyoza is tasty but not big enough to capture the essence taste of typical gyoza (not sure if you all understand ?). The tea should go higher temperature as I ask, the counter staff said its at 65 degree if not it will be too hot to drink. Initially I was ok with the reason but after thinking through i think maybe 75 - 80 degree could be better. It's turned cold too fast and not shiok enough especially if we wanted hot drinks yea. Next, the ramen was good but towards the end the broth was just too salty. I usually drank the full broth for ramen but this shop no.. left quite a portion behind. Too salty should improve. We dine in with our sister and sister in law of course separate tables. A baby cockroach popped up and scared pregnant sister.. maybe a one time off thing but its first impression so what to do? However, I do like the #1 2 3 4 5 6 on the wall. Very interesting. Anyway i heard dry truffle ramen was good from sis in law. So maybe will try that next time.

Dry truffle ramen is nice?...But will be better if it comes with a small bowl of soup. However the pork cubes are a bit cold. Green tea bag needs hotter water to bring out the flavour. BTW, chicken karage is nice too. Overall I like the food here. Will be back for more?

Had the garlic tonkotsu. Thick flavourful tonkotsu broth that is well above average for ramen. Pork belly strips were also tender with a light char. Most ramens are approx. $10 or less which makes it really good value for a shop in that location.

Considering the price, great value. Their Original Tonkotsu soup was a bit too salty, but creamy and has a good taste. Truffle Oil Dry Ramen was a good scent of truffle aroma, a bit too sweet for my liking though… I adjusted adding chili on the collection counter and taste got ok for me. Not the best, but I’d like to visit them again when I come around in this area.
