★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When there for lunch buffet. Food was generally average. Raw salmon was fresh. Really liked the idea that I could cook my own laksa and kuey pie tee. I feel that they should improve their pasta station by adding more pasta choices. Dessert was awesome. Loved the Swiss chocolate cake. Service wise, staff was well trained and polite however the pasta station was a bit understaff. Would go again next time for dinner. Hope that the next time I go they can serve more Swiss food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunday brunch buffet S$88++.
Service good.
Convenient location if shopping.
Reasonable selection.
Press a button option for kids to make their own pancake.
However in this highly competitive space, other buffets seem a more attractive option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely write about food reviews but once I do, it is definitely worth to note about. But unfortunately in this case, this is one of the worst buffets I ever had so far. For the of 88++ SGD, I could have a much better quality and variety of food at other hotel restaurants.
Sashimi does not taste fresh and is cut too thickly, BBQ sections such as Roast Beef and Lamb taste average, deserts are also average.
Variety lack in many areas as well.
Will never ever come back here again.
P.S: Visited this place due to card promotions .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This a wonderful place for breakfast. The transparent atrium overhead protects you from the elements while making you feel a part of the outside world of lush gardens and aged trees.
The food choices are good but not as good as 2 years ago. You used to get coffee freshly made and poured into your cup at the table. It was great and as much as you wanted. Now there are automatic coffee machines and although good, not great. The selection of pastries is slightly diminished from previous trips but still ok. The cooking of omelettes and eggs is done in front of you but the line-up can be long as everyone wants them at the same time. More staff to cook or more egg stations required I believe.
There has been a complete renovation and probably some cost cutting, so hence the change in dynamics. Still a wonderful place to stay even with the austerity measures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, but not fantastic considering the 73 SGD price for dinner. Seafood (crab legs, Crayfish, Salmon sashimi) is good. Laska is decent. German style rolls are nice. Quite a bit of cheese (platter, fondue, and in dishes). Was not very busy Saturday evening at 7:30.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second time very good. Weekends lunch better than weekdays. Can be better but for the price it is quite good. Meat, seafood, fish,a sashimi, soups, salads and very good selection of deserts. Also pasta stall. I recommend this place. Of course in Swiss hotel.
