Initially I just wanted to repair but they were honest in letting me know that the repair cost will be much higher than purchasing a new set. I verified this to be true at Harvey Norman. Service was excellent and straight forward. The boss even gave me some tips to maintain my tv. Wonderful and I truly recommend them for their no hidden costs and fair prices.
