Suitable for busy mummies because it is conveniently located in town and only 30 mins is required for each treatment. Slot in during lunch break without affecting the rest of the schedule. While results vary for individuals, I am happy that my diastasis recti condition improved from a 3 fingers gap to 2 fingers.

I'm Mia, a mother of 4 young kids (youngest is 2yo) and just completed 6 sessions of their diastasis treatment yesterday. During the first consultation, I was found to have a 5 finger gap between my abdominals. Did sessions of 30min once every week and although I did not do much of the abdominal exercises that were recommended, i was shocked that by the 4th session it reduced to a 2-finger gap. I used to have a bad backache as a result of carrying my kids during multiple night wakes over the years but the backache hasn't resurfaced since and I attribute it to the strengthening of my core as a result of the sessions (: Sive This may seem like an ad but really, I was skeptical at first. Now, I'm super satisfied with the results. I would suggest doing a minimum of 3 sessions (once a week for 3 weeks) before expecting a tangible result. I believe there are 2 other ways to go about treating diastasis recti - getting it sewn up by a plastic surgeon (more expensive!) and spending lots of time doing targeted exercises(free!). I did neither of those because I didn't want an invasive treatment and I prefer to effortlessly lie down for 30min per week for the sessions. Would highly recommend this!

I did 6 sessions of their high intensity electro magnetic treatment for diastasis recti (DR) and am happy with the results, plus they are able to do the treatment at home - convenient for busy moms. My abdominal separation did improve measurably, and my waist measurement decreased as well. The treatment is definitely useful to awaken/activate the deep abdominal core muscles. They don’t oversell the treatment and are transparent in pricing. Overall a good experience

I had such an enjoyable experience here at Supersmooth! I did the High-Intensity Deep Electro-Motion for 3 sessions and after each session, I would feel a satisfying ache which means, it was working! It definitely was as my exercises at home were becoming easier to work on. I was also really happy with both Dion & Joyce as they were very knowledgeable and sharing a lot with me during my session. Checking if I felt comfortable throughout. Would definitely recommend this to any mummies who are having issues with Diastasis Recti after pregnancy or just anyone who wishes to strengthen their core! ??

Had a great experience at Superself, the therapist were very friendly and knowledgeable. It is hard for me as a mom to come out, but this really gives me a time to relax and also gain back my confidence through body sculpting.
