★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boss, KC SEAH, is much like a gangster/scammer, will quote you price of renovation works but won't honor his word, instead will ask you to pay more than the agreed price. He will get his workers to harass you until you agree to pay him his requested price. Even threatened to call loan sharks if you don't agree to payment amount. BEWARE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly...I was quite shock to find a rather offensive review of Surface Image LLP. My experience with Surface Image and Mr KC Seah was the absolute opposite. I had ordered Epoxy flake coating on both my bathroom. Mr Seah provide quote promptly including quote for cement screed which were reasonable. He was flexible as well to accommodate to my schedule including changes to the date for the Common bath room due to daughter's P1 registration.
Work on site was professional done. Good quality work by 2~3 Bangladeshi worker who had been doing this work for years. Had a particularly issue with the common bathroom reported to Mr Seah and was promptly addressed the next day.
Overall, it had been a good experience with Surface Image. It was a nice refresh of our bathroom.
