I have honestly never been to an aesthetic clinic which holds itself to such high standards of SW1. I've been with Dr Chua since 2019 and have been doing my facials here monthly. Such relaxing facials, the chai and sw1 skincare range is perfect, nothing in the range that i don't like, such a wide range of products to suit every skin type i cannot complain that don't have harsh ingredients in them either. Everything down to professionalism of their staff and therapists, I truly don't think there is an aesthetic clinic in singapore that has the highest customer service standards that i've ever experienced in a clinic. Dr chua is not pushy, friendly and you can tell everyone there genuinely cares about their patients. My skin has gone from flared up hormonal large cystic acne to flawless skin with no breakouts. You pay a high price for their service and products but there's a reason to it. You can really tell how well dr low & dr lee have groomed their staff. I cannot thank the staff and dr chua for their amazing service, always!

My experience with Dr Chia HL was life changing. I’m petite and desperately wanted to regain my curves after 2 kids. My cup size went down to AA when it was previously a B. I’m very active so any weight I gain doesn’t stay long. So I had 245 cc motiva ergonomics mini implants placed and it was life changing. Most ladies would size up by about 250-300cc but Dr Chia took into consideration my petite frame and lifestyle and recommended I try the mini. I’m quite a fussy person but she helped guide me in the right direction. She showed me a before after simulation of how my breasts would look on my petite frame. Also discussed the weight of motiva implants which was surprisingly light. Mine were placed in a dual plane which meant less visible under the skin and supported by the pectoral chest muscles. My recovery took 4 weeks only and I was back in the gym doing stepper and cycling. I resumed upper body weights after 6 weeks and swimming with just a sensation of tightness between breasts. My 2.8cm incision scar is barely visible, just looks like shadow. Overall I’m so satisfied, my breasts are beautiful with a natural shape and soft feel. When I lie down or on my side, they fall naturally. It’s like a built in push-up bra with my pectoral muscles adding support. There was no need to modify my lifestyle. I can lie on my tummy to sleep but I seldom do, I can cycle and swim but I slow my runs down to a walk to minimise sagging. I’m happier inside and out and couldn’t have achieved this without the encouragement and support of Dr Chia HL. Her skill is meticulous with an eye for detail. She is tender and kind with her explanation and never ever made me feel awkward or uncomfortable. Highly recommended!

I did fat grafting at SW1 in October 2021 and did not had a good experience. Firstly, I had to go for the procedure 2 times because they didn’t not manage to fill up the sunken area of my face the first time. And then I experience infection on the areas of injection and caused my face to swell up. And the worst part is that I suffered a lot of permanent scaring on my face as well as my inner thighs where they transfer the fat from. Now both my face and my thighs have visible scars and unevenness that can be seen from afar. I don’t usually write reviews online but I feel that I have the responsibility to warn people of my experience especially with the amount I paid for the procedure.

I have undergone a major transformational surgery over my breast (breast reduction), with Dr Chia, a much needed one indeed. Prior to my first consultation with Dr Chia, I was suffering from sore neck and back for a couple of years due to enlarged breast tissues. I also had trouble exercising as the weight distribution over my upper and lower body were uneven.  3 kids later I finally summed up the courage to put myself under the knife. Since my very 1st visit to her, Dr Chia completely understood my physical problems and the many inconveniences I was experiencing on a daily basis. I didn't even have to explain myself explicitly, she was immediately able to offer me a surgical solution which will eradicate my discomforts. It was almost like she was able to "read my mind". All my concerns and questions were clarified timely, exhaustively and as accurately as possible. Based on that I could tell her experience was rich and vast. I was confident being under her care and completely trusted the suggestions she offered me and the work she would do on me. She was detailed  and explained many aspects of the surgery and what I should expect thereafter. I'm truly satisfied with the results as she has "crafted" something better than I had expected. On my op day, Dr Ong (anaesthetist) did a fantastic job, in setting my IV and ensuring that I was well sedated through out my surgery. I woke up with minimal discomfort and zero memory intra-op. At every contact point, from pre op assessment to post op appointments, I experienced nothing but comfort and reassurance. Dr Chia and her team of fantastic nurses worked seamlessly to provide the best care they can offer. Each and every nurse I met in her clinic were passionate and genuine, especially nurse Phillis whom I was in constant contact with. She emphatised with me and gave sound advises in person as well as during follow up calls. Though I'm still in the recovery process (within 2 weeks post op). I have received positive feedback from my family and friends on my general appearance. I truly appreciate what Dr Chia and her team have done for me and I cannot thank them enough.

Dr Chia was super professional and made me feel very cared for! She listened to my concerns about my BA (mainly regarding recovery and working out since I didn't want it to affect my lifestyle) and made a great recommendation on implant placement and sizing based on my physique. She made very precise measurements and checked in with me every step of the process. SW1 Clinic even accommodated to my surgery date since I had a course later on in the year, even though Dr Chia is very busy with her appointments. Anesthelogist here also did impeccable work, which I was quite anxious about as I had previously woken up during surgery at another local clinic. Dr Chia did very quick and precise work and my stitches are healing well. Am about a month post-surgery and I'm already very happy with the results even though my implants haven't fully settled. The follow-up process post-surgery also leaves me feeling very reassured. Thank you Dr Chia and SW1!

Dr Chia was the second doctor i consulted for my eyebag issue. During the consultation, she was patient to listen to my concerns and did not push me to get anything done. I had the eyebag removal and fat grafting procedure done last month. The surgery was fast and relatively pain free. The recovery took about 1 week to deswell, 2 weeks for bruising to completely go away. The result is very natural! My undereye area is now smooth and my cheeks are no longer sunken in. A second fat graft wouldn't be necessary if the fats stayed on my cheek. Side note, I also went for neck scar reduction injection here. The scar is flat now and i am happy with the results. I was fortunate enough to decide on the first surgeon I met for a consultation on a BA, due to the impeccable standards Dr Chia HL and SW1 held themselves to. Like other reviews have said, she was very patient in addressing my questions and concerns (eg. what size fits my frame, what results I might expect wrt my anatomy, etc.) and displayed a high level of competence in the procedure without trying to hard sell anything and gave me enough information for me to decide whether to go ahead with the procedure or not. She's also passionate about women's health and wellbeing, having founded Breast Reconstruction Awareness Singapore. After the surgery, Dr Chia also assisted in helping put my piercings back and followed up closely on my healing progress. Now that I'm 1 year PO, she recommends yearly checkups that can be easily scheduled earlier if need be via WhatsApp. SW1 also sells silicone and steroid tape cheaper than retail price. Overall, the price is a bit steep (especially after Covid), but the lifelong service you get from a doctor who's more than capable is so worth it. Sometimes I wish people would ask if I had a surgeon to recommend for a BA and I could send them her way hahaha. Thank you ily!

We saw Dr Chia for a Earwell treatment for my son and she was very patient in guiding us through the process and procedures. She was also very honest and upfront about the results and left us to decide if we wanted to proceed with it. I appreciated her honesty and how she puts her patients first rather than rushing to ‘sell treatments’ as how other clinics would. After our follow up, she felt that pursuing the treatment further would be more uncomfortable for my son and suggested we don’t proceed further given that the results have already been pretty decent. I truly appreciate the honesty from Dr Chia and had a good experience with making appointments with the clinic staff who have helped slot us in as early as possible in order to start the treatment earlier.
