Its my 1st time ordering puffs for our family and we were not aware about ‘buy 5 free 1 promo’, we asked if we could mix the flavors and puff types and were met with a very rude response.
When I paid with credit card, she said it got declined however I received an approved message in my phone. She took the credit card slip that showed ‘declined’ and show it in my face without any explanation.
Poor attitude and can see similar feedback from other reviews.
Management, please look into this. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought one original cream puff yesterday to try. It tastes good and the cream is nicely chilled. They have a promo currently, buy 5 get 1 free.
Customer service can be improved as the staff does not seem that enthusiastic in serving customers and looked grumpy, will be good if they smile more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two girls were on their phones, was standing at the counter and had to call out to them. The main cashier was impatient when I was trying to do my order.
After I purchased my first box, and went back to order a next box (they were back on their phones), she actually presumed that I wanted that same set of selection without even asking. When I corrected her saying that I would like to choose another range, she gave a very bad attitude.
They really need to improve their service training.
