I find the hairstylists good. A quick yet thorough cut.

I would like to compliment Vicki for her impeccable service when I was at the store earlier on new year eve today. On knowing that I was going out after the haircut, Vicki handed me a surgical mask so that my cloth mask will not be dirty after the haircut. She is very considerate and thoughtful. I was also very impressed with her skills. As she explained and demonstrate how she would cut a undercut hairstyle. Moreover, she have a range of personal hair cutting equipment that helps with a cleaner haircut. Vicki did a very good job and I got the best haircut since a very long time as a K-cut customer. I will definitely be supporting K-cut going onto 2021.

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. Service was atrocious. My older sister went to this branch today in hopes of getting her hair trimmed about 1-1.5 inches. However, the hair stylist, Michelle Lim, cut off an estimate of 4 inches. If she had apologised immediately and admitted her mistake, we would be much less unhappy with or overall experience at this branch and with this specific hairdresser. Instead of admitting her mistake, she insisted that since my sister requested for a “U-shape cut”, that length was appropriate. At that point, I found it extremely weird that it was so much shorter than requested. When I tried reasoning with her, she seemed annoyed and dismissed what I said. Since she was not done with the haircut and there was one more layer left to be trimmed, she asked if we wanted that layer to be left alone, which was utterly ridiculous, as it was clearly make the haircut look much weirder. Hence, we had no choice hut to let her cut the last bit off the same length as the rest. When my sister saw how she looked like in the mirror, she immediately started crying. Not only did the hairdresser not care at all, she still refused to admit her mistake. Perhaps if she had the slightest bit of human decency, this would not have been the final outcome. In the end, we left the shop with my sister crying over how bad it looked and an extremely choppy haircut. I would definitely NOT recommend going to this branch, and much less having Michelle Lim as your hairdresser.

Went to this outlet for a haircut after work to try out. Very disappointed with the lady who attended to me. I won't say her name, she mentioned that I have a problem. Bun up my hair without asking the length first, and I pointed to her exactly where I wanted my hair to be cut and she cut it without looking at where she is cutting first and insisted that she has done according to my instructions. Felt that the haircut was too quick and in a haste. She snipped a whole chunk of hair once without knowing what she has cut. I went to previous K cuts outlet but it is not like this one. Also, it was priced more than the usual 10 dollars for k cuts. It is not acceptable especially if you looked awkward and you need to attend an important event.

The company needs to improve its information on the electronic notice board, to inform patrons how many people are in front of you in the queue. Currently it is totally inadequate and you could waste an extreme length of time waiting for your haircut as insufficient information is available.

The lady attended to me is called Maggie. She is very professional. I liked the hair cut and will look for her next time! ?

Just had a haircut by Maggie! Referring and comparing among the many hairstylists over the history of my haircuts, she stands out. She has inborn natural ability to strike up a conversation with her customers and makes them feel comfortable, while tactful and friendly. And at the same time helps them decide their ideal haircuts and hairstyles. She communicates clearly and has strong active listening skills. Although all hairstylists have basic skills, in this modern world, all these components differentiate extraordinary from mediocre. Thank you Maggie!
