★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is nothing short of Amazing!! came in contact with Markus through their customer support team; told him I was interested in getting a guitar to start my musical journey. Not only was he helpful in answering my never ending questions. He also came in clutch when he informed me that they were able to bring in my dream electric guitar from their Malaysia showroom!!
Through them I was able to get both my first electric and acoustic guitar. Now I am fortunate enough to start my guitar lessons with those gears. Swee Lee is definitely a haven for people seeking friendly, knowledgable and helpful assistance in their musical journey. Will for sure turn to them once more if I ever needed any music related equipments!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a electric drum from Swee Lee. Good customer service by staff Faris. (Im sorry if i spell your name wrongly), he was patience explaining the parts, let us test, then show us around. No hard sales and gave us realistic advice. This is the 2nd time i visited. I didnt buy anything during the first time i visited and no one was showing any negative feelings. They still take time to do some basic introduction.

They have hugh collections of well known brands with latest models. Swee Lee at Bras Basah has nice, large showroom with good stocks.

Contacted the customer support team as it was out of stock.
Markus, reverted back providing me updates on the next shipment. I couldn't wait so I asked for his recommendations on other models. Decided on the G2420T and then was ready to go for the cheapest amp, when Markus also recommended a swiss army knife of amps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great music store with spacious space. You are allowed to try out the instruments to your heart content before deciding on a purchase. They also have sound isolation room that you can go in to try out acoustic instruments in case the open space is too noisy. Great experience and I'll definitely come again for my future instruments

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Swee Lee is the most well known musical store in Singapore where you can find the biggest showroom of all sorts of instruments. They also have online catalogue which provides detailed descriptions of each specifications with regards to the individual instrument and accessories available.
It offers a great shopping experience due to it being well organised and spacious. It focuses more on instrument that you would find for a typical pop band such as electric drums, piano, accoustic guitar, bass guitar. Ukulele, classical guitars, cajon, etc are also available there.
The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable when you have any questions regarding the instrument(s) you are looking for.

I will never try to buy a Crosley turntable again even if it is cheap (the first photo). I had returned it for diagnostics for 2 weeks + and requested for an upgrade to audio-technica (the rest of the photos).
