Best cost benefit I found for a entrance guitar.
I also brought it to Brazil in the Emirates flight.
I could put in the overhead bin, Inside the cabin!
Also didn't pay anything else for bringing it.
At the customs I was very comfortable, because it was below the limit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to check if my drum module was alright. The salesmen went over and above expectations so answer my questions and troubleshoot. I am impressed by their professionalism. Of course they have a good collection of acoustic and electric drum kits and accessories. They are in the basement and I had some difficulty locating them. I would certainly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place in the past (2015), got my first acoustic guitar here and realised it was dented after payment was made. They then declined to change it or give me a refund even though the item wasn't on sale.
Again visited this year (2021), service still sucked the same. Guitar guy sold me an electric guitar at $1500, spotted a scratch before payment this time. Guy insisted it is not a scratch, but part of the design ? But boy oh boy, it was a freakin' scratch line.
My take on sweelee is they just want your money. They'll talk to you nicely just to get you to open your wallet. But again, that's how I personally feel. There may be others who had different experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Around September I went to try out the edrums, the staff was very friendly and not pushy. I asked a lot of questions, learnt a lot. He even suggested that I take the time to think about it, and buy at my convenience at the online store. That was really great, and showed that Swee Lee cares that its customers get what they truly need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok. So. I didn't buy anything here yet lol. But I had this lovely chat with the email guy named markus. Really fantastic guy quick response times and incredibly friendly. I told him I would leave a 5 star review for him so here I am.
P.S- I was told the manager looks through these reviews so if markus could get a raise that would be fantastic (: he 100% deserves it.
