★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and unethical. Supplied maid that steal things and use the chance not to honour the one free replacement in 6 months contract. We reported to the police and the maid was issued a warning letter that no 2nd chance will be given if she's caught again. The agency Ms Aliah expect employer not to report to the police for theft, brazenly WhatsApp you that they dont want to know anything about the theft and they fully supported their maid's action. We were dumbfounded! Overall they will not support employer if employer run into troubles with their maid once you've spent on their agency fee. Stay away from this ageny at all means, look for other better agency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming 8 months since I first engaged helper from Sweet Home after struggling to be a sane first time mom to a handful boy! Everyone loves my helper and I am glad the process to engage one is very smooth. I really like that Cindy who handled my account takes care of the helpers’ well being. Happy helper = Happy Household = Happy Infant! It takes both to clap! Thank you Sweet Home for being so reliable! Recommended to my friends, family and neighbours too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just wanted to share my experience engaging a domestic helper from sweet home which was highly recommended by my cousin. What I like abt this agency is Aliyah is very responsive and always helpful to recommend and find a suitable candidate for me based on my requirements without having me to go down to the office several times. I find that this is quite a convenient arrangement especially for busy working mummy like me.
The agencies charges is also very reasonable and affordable compared to others based on the wonderful service rendered. One if the best agencies i have worked with so far..

Maid have attitude problem cannot abide with employer rules which she agreed to during interview,
Maid using her phone frequently during work timing while carry my infant baby.
Send her for agency counselling but she became bad to worst
She lied about her whereabouts
She have problem with last employer money issue and agency did not inform us.
She go around telling outsider about home issue which is not true like husband shoutng to wife

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst agency! Supply maid that is slacking in her job scope! Agents are not professional and dont know their job well. I dont bother to get another replacement as their informations were distorted and i dont have any trust in the agency. I rather get the refund and source out for others. Now my family and i are very much pleased with the current maid and agency(which is not from Sweet Home)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first and only experience with the agent from this company told me i need to change my attitude and manner to helper because of I'm too nagging.... The agent criticize that I was unsuccessful in hiring a maid for the first 2 times(on this company) I'm too straight and form to helper. If I'm don't change my character in future won't successfully to hire helper too. The agent unprofessional take side with helper. They allowed new helper and old helper at lodging exchange contact under the ground sharing experiences. Please avoid this maid agency ?
