β β β β β I encountered the same thing about trial lesson. They appeared friendly but the moment you ask about trial only, you see the difference. I signed up elsewhere anyway. They are not hard up, we are not desperate either.

β β β β β Stated Free Trial Upon Request But No Reply Once You Asked About Trial Lesson. We Are Unfamiliar With Their Swim Locations, Therefore Just Wanna See Whether Our Children Will Feel Good About The Pool Environment. Luckily We Managed To Find A Responsible Coach After Not Getting Any Reply From This "Concierge"
Their Non-Reply Shows Their Attitude, So We Are Considered Lucky Not Signing Up οΌοΌ

β β β β β Joined swimming class since last August, I must say this school is much better than the others. Small group and teach at a private pool. Desmond is really patient and always encourage the students. Now I can swim breaststroke, freestyle and backstroke. Highly recommend swim concierge and Desmond. And never too late to learn!
