★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management need to really check on one of your male staff working at the Bussorah outlet. He need to really learn how to use his choice of words properly and how to approach customers without indirectly accusing the little child of taking something from the shop. So far when we come to visit the shop , the usual lady staff have been wonderful and professional. But this male staff of yours, you guys really need to do something bout him. We almost didn't wanna buy wht we wanted to get from there because of how he was towards our child.But we still bought it anyways because our child love the item.... But we definitely not happy with what happened

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Items are great and creative, but management needs to do better in terms of ensuring store is open when customers drop by. Store is always closed for break and staff does not return on time even though they placed a timing that they will return at a particular time. I came down twice on two separate occasions and both times this happened.
