The buckles on the bags are secure and easy for little fingers. My girl loves the bag and wanted to put in on immediately. Staff are so helpful too!

After a month of using: found the bag is a bit heavy side as it weighs 1.1kg without books. Perhaps suitable for P3 kids onwards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the shop somewhere in December last year. Was greeted by a very friendly shop assistant. The shop assistant is very helpful in recommending the correct bag for my kid. Choosing the right fit for my kid is my top priority. But the shop do not just sell bags that can customize to my kid's body build, there are also many design that my kid can choose from too. After my purchase, the shop assistant than teach me how to adjust the bag for my son. In all, I have a very good experience and I will definitely come again next time.
