★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't care how your premise looks like after they installed the device. We have to end up getting someone to touch up the place, which may make the cost much higher as compare to other vendors. Another lesson learnt for me. Quotation needs to include making sure the job is done with completeness also. I posted a review so that there will not be another victim, if whoever bother to do review before engaging them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication and customer service skills. Many wrong info given by the admin and the boss (E.g. Admin said installation on Sat but the boss said installation on Mon). No updates from the company at all and I have to personally call to check on the update. Even if there was a delay, the customer should have been informed.
