这间公司还出明，好多人大驾光临。 但是就是因为人多，这里的员工的态度不是很好=在桌子上有一个去洗手间的通行证，自己拿~用完自动放回去，不要问因为会被骂，这里的有一个员工没有耐心。

Saya tidak mengerti antrian yang tepat disini. Apakah harus booking dulu? Atau telephone online?atau datang langsung.? Saya datang dr jam 8 pagi. Mengantri pada nomor 7 dari pasien yang sudah datang. Hospital open jam 9. Mendaftar dulu. Awal nya saya salut semua berjejer rapi antri. Tapi pada praktek nya tidak sesuai antrian. Sudah banyak orang terlewati. Dan akhir nya kami masuk jam 11 dipanggil.

The experience sucks. There is no queue system at all . After 30 yrs still no improvement.

Stop complaining about the clinic. The amount of nurses / assistance does not matter … cause there’s only one doctor who will treat you. It is you are the one being impatient, not the assistance or the doctor. What do you expect ??? … a doctor that who would brush you away and gives you Panadol or someone that really find the roots of the cause. Those complaint are basically idiots !! Go to other clinic then. It’s proven that he’s good. Anyway the clinic is conducive, waiting area is comfortable, toilets are clean. What else you want ??? … good things comes to those who waits.

Doc Ting is a doctor who is able to review your sickness from an overall perspective. If you are having a gastric pain, it doesn't mean he will give you gastric medicine. He will review your situation as a whole and treats the root of the problem. We usually go to him when we have no other choice (Other GP cannot cure) as his waiting time can be long. There was once my family had fever for 12 days (unknown reasons) despite multiple blood tests. Was warded into the hospital too. However, the fever came back again and again. We had no choice but to go down and see Doctor Ting. Doc Ting treated the fever and the fever was gone within 2 days. It is not unusual to see MY & IND patients with luggage bags and go straight and wait outside his clinics. This says something about him. Q system: Majority of the patients are based on appointment basis. The walk in is only available from 9am to 930am. Usually patients will start to Q at 8am outside the clinic. Nurses will slot in the walk in between of their appointments. Hence, you may walk in at 830am, the actual time to see the doctor may be 11am. Bottomline: Make appointment (though the waiting time may be 1hr also)

The Best Doctor Ever! Saw lots of negative reviews and I want to share my thoughts. Dr Ting and all the ladies in the clinic are well experienced. He has too many patients and sometimes he doesn't even have time to move ? or eat till late hours. Same for the sisters there. (You know when you see them) I have grown older with the clinic since I was 8 year old. Haven't come across any doctor who is able to identify my problem in the 1st instance itself. His recommendation has never gone wrong for me. The wait is worth it. Whether you choose to Q or get a appointment. God Bless!
