★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to get several t-shirts but at the shop they refused to let me try them on (I had only 3 in order to check if the cut is ok for me) They say it will stretch! But I specifically went to this shop cos my previous tshirts were from there. Anyway waste of my time now if they change their policy not to let clients to try on tshirts.

Do not give me that look although I am buying something good value for money because your shop sells all affordable cloth doesn't mean I cannot double check my purchase before I leave the counter . I have my right to check before I pay up . Thank you very much .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. The Indian attendant at the counter is super rude.. I went to return a dress that I bought yesterday and she was so rude and told me its not her problem.. I was honestly shocked as the dress completely tore when I just wore it. Really bad quality product..or defective piece. Pls fire the Indian attendant, she is making you lose frequent customers. Once she messaged her manager, I got an exchange.. But completely spoilt my mood, what I thought would be an easy 2 min swap as I just got the dress YESTERDAY....never going back..
