She explains very clearly & teaches me the exercises to do until I do correctly. She is also a fun person whom we can joke during the session together. Will recommend my friends to her. ??

She was a patience physiotherapist, who will correct your sitting and standing postures. I have learned a few neck exercises to ease the tension and tight muscle knots at the shoulder. Machine equipment are used to extend neck spinal cord as to solve the tight compression. Overall, I have seen improvement in my numbness after my first session of physiotherapy.

I truly felt like a completely different person after going through the treatment, which would have never happened without going through with the treatment. The therapist Miss Chen carefully accessed my condition and recommended different types of treatments and exercises. She is indeed very professional and her care for patient is absolutely meticulous. With the help of the medication prescribed by Dr Ting from T&T medical, coupled with just 5 physiotherapy sessions my condition greatly improved and the pain was all gone. I strongly recommend anyone with orthopedic conditions to pay a visit to T&T Medical Group. A million thanks to Dr Ting and Miss Chen!

Both of them are detailed and careful with their diagnosis of my pinched nerves at my neck Bernard came up various therapies and exercises both at the clinic and for my homework.. It isn’t sufficient to just see him at the clinic and not do your homework. His weekly repertoire of different homework helped my condition to improved tremendously through the weeks and months. I gradually improved with Dr Ting’s and Bernard’s care, without any kind of surgery. Thank goodness!!!. My most recent back pains brought me back to consult both of them again. I highly recommend both Dr Ting and Bernard when you have any issues with your skeletal system. They really do try their best to take care of your conditions!
