R	Radie Lingam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a running assessment by Claire. The website stated the price at $250 which includes a written and video review. In the end paid $300 and received neither a written review nor a video. In the first session she tried to align my hip and asked for a return visit the following week. During this visit, she proceeded to chat on and on about places in the world she wanted to visit and places she has gone diving with her father-in-law, etc. She then left a heat pad on me for a long time and her actual hands on work was under 5 mins. But of course was charged the full price for listening to her constant ramblings.. Safe your money and go somewhere more professional, even if this person comes with experience.

Her focus on biomechanics identified focus areas that had not been addressed before. Her targeted treatment and progressive mobility program ( her “game of 3D Chess” ) got me back to running with better form than before my injuries and with dramatically reduced pain thereafter. I would willingly recommend her highly.

They asked lots of questions to understand the issue prior to treating. Feeling great now and have a clear path to getting back to my regular routine.

For context, I've been riding for 1yr+ on my new road bike (before always Tri bike) and had some issues in my upper back/neck/shoulders and hands (numb) after 1hr+ of ridding. The appointment was with Bevan who is super knowledgeable, has plenty of experience and above all, is a great listener. After a 10min consultation I jumped on my bike and Bevan helped me adjusting everything adjustable: from cleats, seat post, saddle position etc., with the help of all his tools, lasers, rulers, angles, etc. He also shared some great advise on pedal efficiency and more. Two days later, on Sunday, I went for a chilled and relaxed 2hr ride. No more upper back/shoulder pain and no more numb hands. I'm really happy! Thanks Singapore Physio. Thanks a lot Bevan!
