β β β β β Guy there (I FORGOT HIS NAME PLEASE FORGIVE ME ? edit: SHENTON IS AN AMAZING GUY) taught me the basics of smoking a pipe. Good purchase, ran me through all the different tobacco flavours. Excellent service and I would highly recommend.

β β β β β Great prices - but what really makes me come back is how genuine they are. They give you honest recommendations rather than trying to upsell me and try to find something that fits my taste and budget.
Will never go to any other shop in Singapore, I feel really welcomed there!

β β β β β Bit of a shame really, was recommended to try this place out as the guy working there was supposed to be very helpful. Went in expecting to take my time and buy quite a few cigars and enjoy the experience. Instead got a lady who wanted to know exactly what cigars I wanted, very reluctant to show me anything I couldn't name explicitly and seemed to want me in and out as soon as possible. I think I've spent longer buying tobacco in a corner shop. Real shame as they are good value and clearly have good stock but the customer service was borderline rude. Ended up buying the bare minimum and probably won't be back sadly.

β β β β β First time cigar smoker here. Was not knowledge about this at all and the staff was very patient with me and recommended me cigars based on my taste. He did not try to hard sell me and even went the extra mile to teach me how to cut the cigar. Overall excellent time at tabac101!
