★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across their website through a friend referral. I decided to take upon their laser tag package with a group of friends. I had a lot of fun and Thomas was very professional and helpful in the planning and process of the whole event as well. Will definitely look for them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I engaged their service my son’s 8th birthday held at our own estate’s function room. For 2 hours, boys had a blast!! What we really liked about them is that 1. They are very organized - fast set up & precise in suggesting min & max number of pax according to a given space 2. great in dealing with children - even one boy made another upset, they came in to make peace between them so that they could continue enjoying games 3. wonderful aftercare - within 24 hours they created a beautiful movie as a souvenir and within 36 hours they consolidated all photos to share with other parents. Highly recommended. Thank you very much!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I play laser tag, this is really fun. I had so much fun that I forgot my knee pain while playing. Epic. It is a good team building game and a very health spot to indulge. Thank you Thomas for bringing the fun into our gathering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always wanted to try how laser tag is so i was looking forward to this activity. The location was very nice, spacious, air con, very suitable for such an activity where theres lots of movement. The staff were very patient with us, giving us a brief run through on how the equipment work and some of the safety pointers to look out for when we play later.
Even though my gun had some error during the gameplay, the staff were very prompt to resolve the issue and they always have a few spares ready in the event of any technical problems with the equipment.
There were also various functions and game modes so the game doesnt feel repetitive during the 3 hour session.
I would definitely recommend Tagtical to anyone who has yet to try laser tag to ensure a satisfactory first time experience with this activity.
