A friendly family-run dental practice. Dr Tai HM is a highly experienced dentist with a wealth of knowledge, very thorough and gentle in his work. I had to wait a while for my turn although I had made an appointment. Recently went for cleaning and polishing with Dr Tai Shixiong who is very thorough as well. The rates are very reasonable.

1st time visitng Tai Dental. Appointment was made easily over the phone with a reminder sent the day prior to the appt. Dr Tai was very patient and reassuring. Throughout the session, interaction between the doctors and nurses was very light-hearted. For a person like me who is always anxious/stress when seeing the dentist, the homely and friendly environment definitely put me at ease. The experience is as pleasant as a visit to a dentist could get.

I went to see Dr James Tai on 3 occasions namely to address an excruciating pain caused by a decay, to do crowning and for regular cleaning and follow up after the entire process. Dr James Tai was very patient with me and was able to identify the cause of my pain. Dr Tai also took the time to explain very clearly the options available to me, with videos and pictures, that would help to alleviate the pain. I was very nervous but Dr Tai’s family clinic had a very casual setting, and the friendly nurses and doctors helped me feel more calm. When it comes to regular cleaning Dr Tai is also very detailed and took care of me with great attention. Thank you Dr Tai for your professional, yet personable service!

Visited Tai Dental for the first time and it was a good experience. Welcomed by a friendly nurse. The dentist is friendly and the skill is good too. He explained to me well of my teeth issue. It’s a highly recommend dental clinic. The only downside properly is they only accept cash and nets. Hope in future they able to have CC payment as while. Will definitely visit there again.

Visited Dr James Tai for the first time for cleaning/polishing and he is very thorough! He meticulously checked my teeth, and recommended reasonable solutions for my issues. He is gentle and friendly and you feel like you are in safe hands. Would come back for my yearly cleaning.

I had an unhealing wound due to an impact tooth extraction when I was at age 14. In the year of 1982, my parents brought me traveled from Malaysia to see Dr. Tai Han Min in Singapore. I remembered it was not a simple case. It involved 3 traveling trips to Singapore for the complete treatment. In December 1982, I had my first oral surgery in Dr. Tai's clinic located at City Plaza, 2nd. trip to follow-up in 1983 and the 3rd. trip in 1984 was my major surgery under anesthesia in an operation room at Saint Mark Hospital which is the Parkway East Hospital now. Dr. Tai did an excellent job to remove the large cystic lesion successfully. I am living in California at age 54 now. I am seeking treatment in USA for my recurrence of cyst and would like to look for my medical history in aid of reference and decision making. I searched the internet and found Tai Dental Surgery at City Plaza, Singapore. I sent in an enquiry email. This look most likely a slim chance to locate such old paper records when everything is digitized now. Ms. Jasy Chan the General Manager has been very helpful in coordinating my email enquiry with Dr. Tai. To my surprise Dr. Tai found my x-ray and biopsy reports of year 1982 in an old file that he kept separately for 40 years! This information is so valuable to me. Dr. Tai really has a caring heart for his patient. He put in his time and effort to look for my old reports and did not charge any fee for the service. I am deeply touched by his kindness. I was in the good hands of Dr. Tai from the beginning and 40 years later now I am still in his good hands. My heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Tai Han Min. I wish him good health and many good returns!

I was referred to Dr Tai Han Min by my dentist due to a cracked tooth. Dr. Tai was warm, affable and very respectful. He has the welfare of the patient’s at heart and respects all decisions. Eventually my cracked tooth could not be salvaged and he told me to only return for an extraction when I am ready. He did not pressure me at all and was willing to delay slightly his subsequent appointment just to ensure I was mentally prepared and received adequate care. His dental assistant was also cheery and attentive. She offered to pack my extracted tooth for me. I received sms for my appointments and the receptionist is friendly too. Definitely highly recommended Dr. Tai for his wealth of experience and patient-centric disposition. Even though I hope I don’t have any dental problems in future, but I do know where to go to, if I hath one. They truly care.
