Just visit this dental service for pain on my upper teeth, and one dentist looks like a Korean took care of me, he knocked a few teeth and asked me which one I have pain, I barely can feel the exact pain on the teeth he knocked, then I try to show him with my finger the part I have pain, he suddenly got very rude and tell me to go to next door for doc speaking mandarin. I found as a dentist he has no patience and lost temper so suddenly due to I could not tell him which teeth I really have pain. I believe he need to improve his manner to practice dentist.

Dr. Carol Yang Yuan did my wisdom tooth extraction today and it went well and easy. I felt really at ease and she really took care of me and made sure I don’t feel any pain. Their fee is surprisingly affordable. Highly recommended!

I changed dentist to look for another one who can provide me with a better service. Dr Nicholas Tan from Dental Practice at the Paya Lebar branch fits my choice. He has been treating me for around a year. I find him not only professionally competent but also passionate in treating my dental problems. It started when I went to see him because of a consistent toothace resulting from the crowning/bracing procedure done by the previous dentist. This dentist could not cure my toothache problem despite my several visits. Dr Nicholas Tan managed to resolve my problem. He examined my teeth thoroughly, focused on the problem area and gave specific treatment to it. He then gave a good cleaning and polishing to my teeth to complete the job. The toothache soon abated after this visit. The cost involved too was resonable though I could not recollect the actual figure. I was certainly impressed with Dr Tan's competence, skill and professional service. Since then I have been his regular patient seeking his services ranging from dental cleaning/polising to repairing and aligning braces and to doing the more complicated teeth implants recently. I feel happy and satisfied with each visit. Dr Nicholas Tan deserves to be highly rated for his competence, professionalism and patient-care.

I got wisdom teeth extraction here and the experience was much beyond my expectation. Dr. Kim was very attentive and the procedure was absolutely painless. The staff here were quite friendly and gave very detailed recommendation and guidance for recovery. Overall, it is definitely a 5-star rating!

Dr Naomi is extremely patient, skillful, gentle and meticulous. She explains the procedures required in detail and creates a comfortable environment through having light-hearted conversations in between the procedures. Dr Naomi Tan was very friendly and patient. She knows what she’s doing and always explained clearly what the procedures were for. Dental appointments can be quite intimidating but I felt at ease because of her. She is very helpful and even talked to me about how to maintain my teeth’s health.

My first visit with dental practice. Dr. Carol is really patient and warm. I was delighted that she guide on how to do proper flossing and patient with questions. From booking of first appointment to payment, I feel pleased with the entire process. Will definitely return back again!
