We dont agree about his professionalism as Mr James insisted to shave bald bb hair instead of taking in request to shave in certain way. While shaving them off he didn’t leave any allowance n went to shave totally bald leaving them to be very pricky n uncomfortable especially during feeding as baby often turns their head around. While writing this, we are still waiting for our stamp n brush to be delivered which we believe might have been forgotten by them. Parents, think twice before deciding as its not cheap with a long waiting time. Im honestly have no idea how to authenticate the taimao either since they took such a long time since september n never provide any update since. Might as well DIY ourselves by getting the kit from taobao..
