Mary was very friendly and patient with us, and she went through in detail our floor plan dimensions to make sure the sofa will not be obstructive. She also shared the considerations for choosing different materials, and this was really helpful for us. We had a really enjoyable and fruitful experience overall.

We did not know what length (for the sofa) to go for and she helped us by looking at our floor plan and did the calculation for us, looked at our interior designing and suggest the material for us to match it too! That goes to show her expertise and experience in this industry. We bought the sofa from her in a heartbeat! Thank you, Mary! :)Yeah

She was knowledgeable about her sofas and our space requirements. I am so impressed with this store as it’s very rare to find a place that has so many classy looking recliners with that level of customisation. For our given length we could customise a 3-seat or 2-seat configuration, they were the only store out of the 5 I went to ( Grey hammer, Grey & sanders, Castlery etc.) that offers this option. Thank you, Mary!

Visited multiple times before deciding to buy from him. In the end, I purchased a full leather recliner sofa and a extendable sintered stone dining set. Love the quality and design. The sofa wasn’t able to arrive on time due to shipment delay but Andy provided me with a temporary loan sofa for free! Really appreciate his kind action! I will definitely buy from him again.

They were able to custom how we want our recliners to be and so we bought a 4 seat recliner. Received it this week and love it. The quality, the look, the colour, the entire package. It was better than we had expected.
