โ โ โ โ โ They'll ask you whether you've been there before, maybe for sales reason
Then if buying contact lenses, they'll ask if you've worn before. Just say yes if you have because if you say no, you'll have to pay for a course if I'm not wrong to teach you how to properly handle (for safety measures).
Only downside so far was that they didn't sell contact lenses in individual pieces so have to buy the whole box which can be a bit costly for budget sensitive people like me
