During my first visit to do a draft print, the experience was good. The female staff was patient and recommended to print 2 images on a A4 as the size of my images are square. Subsequently during the actual print, the other male staff made a remark that I should have set the images according to their available paper size, i.e A4. Such remark was unprofessional as it was their earlier recommendation! This male staff was impatient and reluctant to do anything more than just click “send to print” button.

$1 say the 1 star reviews are doxxed lol. I just did my printing there and service was perfectly fine, staff very professional, no issue. The other store in the area is swamped with perfect 5 star reviews... Anyone who knows how botting works can figure this out In short, don't trust the fake 1 stars. Go here and not the a-hole that hired a review farm to dox this place

At first I didn't believe the other 1 star reviews, as my first visit was alright. The 2nd visit was where i knew how ridiculous this place was. Had to print a set of color documents urgently, if I send them the file via email, the cost is $2 for opening up the email. They insisted on using thumb drive, but I explained that the file was in my iPad. Is it because their internet broadband subscription is very expensive ? Or it takes specialized technical skills to open an email ? But I then realized that they seem the only shop in the area doing a range of print options, hence, there is effectively a comfortable monopoly in the area and they can indeed command these charges and consumers don't have much of a choice. Previously on my first visit, I had sent them my file to print via airdrop, there was no charges. Even now using airdrop they will charge the $2. Doesn't using thumbdrive runs the risk of virus/malware transmission? Perhaps their boss could step out and clarify ? Trying my very best to understand their logic though. Staff only insisted its company policy. My color printing for 6 pages comes up to $5.40 total. Gave them $10 & told them to keep the change as tips, seeing they are so keen on ripping the small charges. I pitied them even as a business owner myself, I don't believe in running a business this way. There ought to be more flexible ways to do things. So far so good; printed there a couple of times and I've never had any issues. My prints were only in B&W documents; no grievances. Price-wise; you have to do your own comparison with other places and ultimately you make the choice to accept the cost.

i had my doubts about the place and and also the price as well because i am a student but i am very satisfied and happy with the notes i had printed. with the quality of the print job and the help i had been rendered, it was a fuss free experience. i did not have to click through any of the print settings, and fuss over the layout, everything was explained clearly to me. the quality and the professional work ethics of the staff made the price worth it as it was not as expensive as i imagined and well within my budget.

Very good service, the staff entertains myself and my 2 friends with great patience. The price is reasonable for the materials we wanted for tickets & backdrop printing..
