Receptionist gave incomplete instructions and I need to go down to the clinic twice to retrieve my medical results... receptionist did apologise. One of the doc is a bit weird as she didn't complete my hubby's procedure. Asked him to wait outside but didn't give instruction when to see her to complete it.

Dont bother to visit, the service is terrible. When down to ask for xray report the reception auntie said is not here yet, asked her if she is able to give me a call when the report is here and her reply is 'the report usually take a week', asked for 2nd time will they call me when the report ready and she replied with suck face 'ok! We usually dont give patient a call to inform them'. Than they need patient to call them every single day to ask for a report? What a terrible service...!! Dont bother to visit even if u are dying!

Don't know why people about nurses. There aren't any! There are only cashiers, since they dont explain anything to you. But the doctor is polite, professional and knows her stuff.

Don't bother visiting this clinic. They have the worst doctor and receptionist. Dr Chan Kwong Sing don’t seem very professional instead he kept giving you extra medications. The receptionist's attitude was horrible. She was rushing to close the clinic by pulling down the shutter when are still abt 4 patient in the clinic. Her working speed is already damn slow, she still have to pull the shutter up and down whenever a patient is leaving which created unpleasant noise for those who are already sick. Is absolutely terrible, don't even deserve any stars. Please close down.

Rude and not helpful receptionist. Doctor asked me to ask help from them to take photo on my report then send to doctor, all 3 lady aunt receptionits just said they dun know how to do it, very obvious just dun want to do, not dun know how to do. Part of my medical fee paid By company and I paid the rest, when I ask for receipt one of the receptionist talked to the other staff "few dollars also want receipt " Excuse me!!! Even I paid SGD 1 only also have the right to ask for receipt ok??? Somemore u spoke so loudly in front of customer is it a service performance?? Saw so many bad reviews about the receptionist but still no improvement. If not because this clinic is the nearest panel clinic from office, I dun wish to visit anymore.

Very bad experience with them, doctor is rude and inpatient, update wrong vaccine record to healthhub after serology test with them. I wont visit again.

Receptionist aunty is not organized and comes off rude, she even mocks docs infront of patients, morning shift Old doc is not good, makes you feel bad, not sure why he is even practicing with that kind of attitude, might as well call it quits, he told me do nothing for something i could have a permanent damage if not taken care off, luckily i went to a specialist a week after nothing has changed, but some doctors are nice, so its like playing roulette, if you are lucky you will get a good one, but like everyone else have said here, the receptionist is in wrong job or being ill treated by docs like the old one with bad attitude, neverthless she makes it worse. I advise people to see other GPs nearby, going through sh**ty experience on top of being sick is not something we deserve, no wonder short queues, many ppl stopped revisting them it seems. Hope things improve at this place.

I am very very pleased and happy with the healthcare services provided by this lovely neighbourhood clinic Was browsing around for a clinic to do my vaccination serology test - of all the clinics i called, this had the most patient receptionist who carefully explained : but they are short of staff so be patient! They accepted me as a walk-in pt at 3.45pm and prior to my arrival had already informed their dispatch rider to standby to take my blood sample to the lab. Totally painless blood withdrawal and no hematoma And Dr NG noted that if they results were back over the weekend (they work halfday on weekends) shed stay back to ensure it gets uploaded to TT. Totally impressed with her dedication and responsibility! Tldr : results were back from lab the next day, dr uploaded immediately, TT reflected 3days later Total cost sgd 85.6, no hidden consultation fees
