Very attitude staff at counter...no point caoming to a clinic that stated trucare but not at all...still alot clinic around..

Both doctors are friendly and helpful. Front desk also nice

Trucare Medical Hougang I never visit before and I go google search and I check all the clinic at Hougang most of the clinic are very bad comments feedback from patient. and I saw Trucare Medical I also check the review have a very good comments & feedback from all patient visit there before. So I straight to Trucare Medical Hougang since 2018 My first visit Dr Lee attend to me and I feel he very patience to explained to me my condition to step by step and clear So glad that I choose the right clinic to visit at Trucare Medical Dr Lee and counter staff Siti have a excellent good service and very nice person and friendly So far I only saw Trucare Medical Is the best And also he have another new branch at AMK area and I went to amk branch near my house walk distance 15mins to 20mins my stomach painful pass 1 weeks Dr. Lee attend to me and he will explained to me the diagnosis very well and he prescript me the right medication. After I take few times of the medication the pain have improvement. He is definitely a good, friendly & professional Dr.Lee He did not take any short- cuts at all.When he saw that I was in pain,he showed genuine empathy.After Dr Lee consult me he still took time to explain my condition to me even though it was near closing time.I am really thankful to Dr Lee for doing such a good job.I was really dreading the treatment but under Dr Lee expert hands, things turn out really well. And the staff Jennifer at the counter was also very friendly & polite.? ?? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I highly recommend Trucare Medical this is the best clinic at AMK and Dr Lee here really give you personalized care At amk area have some of the clinic really very worse and the consultation fee are too expensive. and also some of the clinic counter staff and dr are not friendly and some of them are v rude & attitude ????? ????? ????? I do truecare delux health screeing with pap smear $240. Front desk & doctor very good services, very nice, gentlement. Doctor tan shi ching very good and gemtlement Front desk staff jeniffer very friendly, good services also.

Appointment for health screening was made at 830am but they did not prioritise appointments vs walk-ins, and had to wait until 930am for the blood test, and continued to wait until 1045am for the other test items (and still waiting). Terrible operational flow although doctor was decent. What is the appointment booking for if the clinic is unable to make the timing? This is a shame!

The front female staff with boy cut and spectacles bad attitude, not friendly and not nice to patient. My workplace was under MHc claim cap at $35 including gst, and durong consultation i have checked with Dr that my bill will not exceed $35 but the front staff asked me to pay $9, and when i ask for receipt she said tht thwir aide won't provide any receipt and when i ask for total amount of my bill she said don't know as her system shows that i need to pay $9 that's it.pls help to solve my issue else i will complain to MOH

I am glad we chose to do our health screening for my husband and I at Trucare Medical AMK. We were attended by Dr Tan who is professional and friendly. What is most satisfactory and comforting is that at our review session, Dr Tan went through our report section by section and explain what the results mean and what we should pay attention to. He also took time to answer our questions so we fully understand our health conditions. The service of the doctor is paramount and it is definitely worth our money and time at Trucare.

Horrible staff and inefficient process. We went to request for a covid recovery memo and it took them 30 minutes to generate the memo. We asked if we could go for lunch and come back later for the memo and they replied no and had us wait there the entire time for no reason.
