Did a 1 hr foot massage, when the staff arrived, she threw a towel at me and my partner. Didn’t even feel the need to apologise. Massage itself was not even good. Will not be back. Waste of money.

I went for a massage today at Bukit Timah branch about 7 pm. As there was no available slot for body massage, i opted for 1 hour foot reflexology. Was ushered to my sofa and the session started at 705 pm. 10 minutes into the session the front desk lady comes and said she made a mistake as she had another client booked a massage session at 7 pm and my session had to be cancelled as she needed my therapist for the other client. She said they would refund the money. I was really upset and explained that was not right. This woman from China could not understand English and kept on saying sorry and have to stop! As I did not want to make a scene, just left! Totally unprofessional conduct of the establishment and front staff. Will never go there again!!!

We had such a great experience in the couple room. Grace and Mary did a great job in giving us one of the best 90-min full-body massage experience. They know and understand the pressure points. She focused on my next and right shoulder, which is similar to what my TCM does. We’re looking forward to our next massage already.

Clean and good massages. However whenever I drop by for leg massages, u’ll see the resting masseuse resting alongside you on adjacent couches, playing with their hp, and on one occasion, burping like shes right at home after her meal. Cheap and good massages. Refined massages you’ll not get. However will still return.

As a regular customer, my partner and I went for a couple massage and my partner was attended by Jennifer. We were aware that we were the last few customers for the day, however, that does not mean that she should skive. She sneaked out the room after approximately 1hr of massaging because my partner fell asleep. It was ridiculous that I have paid for 2.5hr of body + leg massage for both of us and vacuum cupping for my partner only at a price of $260 to experience this. She started vacuum cupping after 1hr of the session. I asked her if she could continue massaging after vacuum cupping and she answered she couldn’t except for arms and head. I paid 2.5hr for body massage for this awful treatment. The entire experience was unpleasant. I felt like I was cheated of my money and treated like a fool. It is a 0 star experience. Highly don’t recommend Jennifer because she has no work ethics. She only massaged my partner for 1 hr and sneaked off after he has fell asleep.

To be honest after reading all the other reviews we were a little bit afraid of what to expect. We did a 90 minute foot and back massage (with use of a voucher) and I’ve to say we were treated respectfully. Masseuses were professional and friendly and adjusted pressures according to individual needs. Music and ambience was acceptable. No hard selling of future packages. Appreciate and enjoyed the massage.
