โ โ โ โ โ Omg itโs the worst cake Iโve ever had. Total waste of money even though it was only $1 each piece.
Was in the area and thought Iโd get a snack. Long Q some more but I waited.
Ordered the kaya cake because I dreamt of it being like soft cake with creamy kaya custard.
But no it was soft cake with hard, dried, chewy, inedible green chunk of I donโt know what.
The kaya part could not be eaten at all. It was rubbery and tough. I could see from the edges of the cake that it had been sitting around outside uncovered and drying out for a long time.
Could not see that when I picked out the cake from the glass casing by the cashier.
Could not eat any of the kaya part, I couldnโt even break it.
Dumped both away. What a waste. And Iโm not one to throw food away. Terrible.

โ โ โ โ โ Love the walnut muffins. it's only 60cents each. i also bought the kueh lapis at $5. Nice lady at the counter helping me to pack the stuff while i push my bicycle outside to nearer to shop. it's a family business with hardworking folks. thank u for serving snacks to the neighbourhood ???

โ โ โ โ โ Renovated... No more old sch feel... Gone were the fresh bakery smell.. gone were the yummy goodness... Bring back the old uncle and auntie behind the counter! $1.10 for this small pathetic kaya cake which is not fresh.. its sticky as shown.. and the base is harder than kueh. Like glutinous rice texture.. omg we dont throw food away unless its really horrible...but we could not even force this piece of sadness in.. Think the next gen took over and are not serious in business.. most items i see are pre-packed machine factory made with ingredients like colouring and preservatives.. omg! Their whole marble cake is $12! BGW solo such yummy and established brand with quality assurance also cheaper!! So sorry.. wont be back ever

The very first time I was introduce it only cost forty/ fifty cents per piece till to-date seventy cents each. Their mose cake is very tasty too.
??Got a bad experience with their kaya cake and soon kueh. (soon kueh was not much of the *soon kueh taste* if you know what I meant and the skin was pretty kind of thick)โฆ
Despite the bad experience I will still continue to support their muffin. ??
